Vacuum Regularly: Vacuum weekly or as needed. Use the standard floorhead and set the vacuum so that the brush is the farthest away from the rug's surface.
Hoseable, Scrubbable & Bleachable: For a deep clean, hose down the rug and scrub gently with mild dish soap and water. Air dry only. Do not machine wash or tumble dry.
Use a Rug Pad: An outdoor rug pad is recommended to help prevent stretching, add comfort underfoot, and help maintain the quality of the rug.
UV Protection: Our PVC and polypropylene outdoor rugs are UV-treated to help prevent fading over time. We recommend rotating often for even wear and to maintain color distribution.
Water Resistance: Our outdoor rugs are designed to withstand water and should dry quickly. If you notice standing water on your rug, pick it up and hang it to dry to prevent mold and mildew.
RUNNERS:
For custom stair runners, we recommend consulting a professional. Every staircase is unique and custom rugs are not returnable. Many installers will include initial measurements in the installation price. Many rugs make a fine choice for a stair runner and we sell samples to order/preview before you commit to the product.

Standard Shipping type is defined as curbside delivery for large pieces and door step delivery for small pieces (UPS/FedEx).
The fee for Standard Shipping ranges from 10% to 15% of the product purchase price, pre-tax and is calculated at checkout.
Many times due to the size, weight and fragility of the item, customers typically upgrade their shipping type to White Glove Delivery. White Glove Delivery includes bringing the newly purchased item into the home, placing it in the room of choice then the crew removes and disposes of packaging materials.The upgrade fee for this service range from $200.-$400
*This fee does not include the removal of any existing furniture items in the home the order is replacing.
